Special Skirts

In the pictures you can view several special order skirts I've made. These skirts are 8 panel full circle skirts and take 2 weeks minimum to create.
The first photo shows a beautiful Bolonaise Blouse in Sandstone, an 8 panel skirt in Sandstone and Antique Gold, and a Long Skirt in Sandstone Outfit.
The next was made with Pirate Fabric, Red Panels and Black Panels - this turned out to be a 9 Panel skirt :-)
A Black and Red Skirt made out of Broadcloth is shown in the next photo, and became popular in our shops.
The next photo shows a Belly Dancer I made a beautiful Black Silk Essence and Dark Cranberry Cloud 9 skirt for her to wear with her hand-made bra top.
The next photo I first made an Eye Catching "Stained Glass" 8 panel full circle skirt for her, she loved so much we then made this fabric into a bodice her size -- A beautiful and blinding combination that can be seen far and away!
Two things to note about my special order skirts:
- I don't use other people's fabric (because I don't know how old it is, etc)
- I make self-fabric string ties at the waist so these fit out to approx size 46" waists
- Enter in Special Instructions your colors choices when ordering
I also make Paw Print skirts, or Cat and Dog Print Skirts. These will be at the Northern Ohio and Minnesota Faires. We will hold a raffle every weekend, the entire faire and $1.00 per ticket you can enter a drawing for 1 of these cute skirts. A local Animal Rescue Group receives the money from these Raffles. You could Win a skirt, and an Animal Rescue Group Wins a wonderful donation.
The silky Cloud 9 and Silk Essense Fabrics have become hard to find, and have experienced a significant increase in price (Cloud 9 is now $8.99/yard!).
A small selection of these Silky skirts will be available in July (Ohio Faire), and in Minnesota (August). I have Cloud 9 fabric in Sandstone, Gold, Silver and White.
While we try to keep our prices reasonable, we have had to change these special skirt prices to reflect the large increase in fabric prices.
